We ship our plants Tuesday to Thursday to ensure they don't remain with a courier over the weekend. We want your plants to arrive happy and healthy, so we look to minimize the amount of time they spend in a dark box.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our plants and only sell and post healthy plants. It is your responsibility to maintain them, we cannot be held accountable for neglect or mis care.
Due to their perishable nature, we only offer 24 hr guarantee on receipt of your delivery and do not offer returns or refunds on living items.
Deliveries are through a third party courier, The Plant Den is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier and any damage in transit is taken at your own risk.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift vouchers.
