All plants are sent via a next-day delivery service to ensure they arrive with you quickly.

Plants are boxed Tuesday to Thursday to ensure they don't remain with a courier over the weekend.

We carefully wrap and package our plants so that they arrive safely. Each plant is wrapped individually with biodegradable paper bubblewrap and boxed with eco-packing peanuts - made from starch which dissolve in water.

Our boxes are cleary marked with Plant Den branding, 'Fragile' and 'This Way Up' stickers to help guide the parcel safely to your door.

Please note, we ship our plants Tuesday to Thursday, so if you order outside of these days, we will look after your plants until it's time to ship them. We want your plants to arrive happy and healthy, so we look to minimise the amount of time they spend in a dark box.
