The Plant Den cannot accept returns or offer refunds on living items such as plants due to their fragile nature.

We do accept returns of non living products, which can be exchanged within seven days, provided the item/items are in exactly the same saleable condition as when they were purchased. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  

All plants and products are sent via a next-day delivery service to ensure they arrive with you quickly. This service is from the day of shipping NOT the day of order placed.

Plants and products are boxed Monday to Thursday and delivered Tuesday to Friday. This is to ensure they don't remain with a courier over the weekend. 

If you are placing a plant order over the colder months, we recomend you purchase the delivery option that includes a 72hr heat pack. 

Our boxes are clearly marked with The Plant Den branding, 'Live Plants' & 'This Way Up' to help guide the parcel safely to your door.

Our plants are carefully wrapped and packed with eco-packing peanuts made from starch which dissolve in water. Our cardboard is FSC certified.

If your order is placed outside of our shipping days, we will look after your plants until it's time to ship them. We want your plants to arrive happy and healthy, so we look to minimise the amount of time they spend in a dark box.
