Native to Columbia, this rare, slow growing climbing Philodendron has large, lanceolate, velvet textured leaves that are typically 25cm in length (but given optimum conditions can grow much longer) with young leaves appearing copper in colour before maturing to a deep, dark emerald green.
They prefer a warm room (never cooler than 15 degrees) and medium to bright indirect light, avoiding full sun.
Only water once the top two inches of soil feel dry to the touch.
Provide with a moss pole and spray regularly to increase humidity.
