Delivery to mainland UK only, with the exception of Scotland.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the original purchase date. By purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge, and you agree that The Plant Den may submit monthly charges to your account without further authorisation from you until you notify The Plant Den that you wish to cancel your subscription. By purchasing a subscription you herby accept responsibility for all recurring charges. Monthly charges are not refundable, even if you cancel your membership mid month. Therefore any cancellation of membership shall become effective on the first day of the immediate billing cycle.

The Plant Den cannot offer refunds for living products such as plants, nor are we able to exchange plants.

When are subscriptions dispatched ?

All subscriptions are sent out at the beginning of each month every month. This is usually between the 1st and 5th of each month. It can take 3 - 5 days for all boxes to leaves us. Depending on when you subscribe you may have to wait untill the next shipment.

As soon as your plant is on its way, you will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment. Please note that our delivery dates are estimates only. This is to allow for weekends and Bank Holidays etc.

Can I temporarily suspend or pause my subscription?

Unfortunately subscriptions cannot be temporarily suspended or paused at this time. If you desire a break for one or two months, you may cancel your monthly subscription within the cancellation deadline Terms and Conditions and then reactivate it at a later date.
